All Head and Assistant Coaches involved with the WW High School Hockey League must meet the following requirements:
· 2011 – 2012 USA Hockey Membership
· Current USA Hockey, Coaching Education Program Certification
· Submitted the Washington State Patrol Background Check Form (Fill out Section C only)
USA Hockey Membership Registration
All coaches involved with the league must be registered with USA Hockey for the 2011 – 12 season. No coach may go on the ice, nor bench, if they do not have this registration number on file.
