Registration fees are not due until a player is placed on a team.
Payments must be completed before a player will be eligible to play in any games.
The fees for Spring 2012 Ultimate hockey are $620
Each team may have up to 3 practice and part time game players @ $310 each.

2.) All of the above items need to be given to your team manager before the player takes the ice.
3.) Visit www.usahockeyregistration.com to purchase your 2011-2012 USA Hockey Membership. The confirmation code you receive from USA Hockey (9 digits & 5 letters) will be required in the following online registration. Players that played on a USA Hockey team this past fall will be able to use their existing registration.
