Pat originates from Victoria, British Columbia, and moved to the Seattle area to play hockey for the Seattle Breakers in the early 1980’s. He went on to be an assistant coach for the Seattle Thunderbirds and was Coach/General Manager for the Surrey Eagles, in Vancouver, B.C. Pat’s people skills and natural selling ability led him to his real estate career with John L. Scott. Pat Focuses on the Re-Sale side of Dean's team. He has vast experience in dealing with the re-sale of foreclosed properties as well as regular real estate, Vacant land, Condos, Leasing, and Commercial properties. Pat’s integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail are why he is ranked in the Top 1% of the company, and won the President’s Elite awards in 1999-03. He shares his successful attitude through various charitable contributions, as well as volunteer coach and board member of the Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association. He is also part owner in The Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey Club.
