Register To Play Hockey At Sno-King

2006-2007 Registration packets have been mailed out to all returning members. Pre-Registration will remain open until July 15th, at which point registration will be open for new members. ALL of the below forms MUST be completed and sent in to register.

PLease note that we take the USA Hockey conduct rules and guidelines VERY seriously, because they are in everyone's best interest. Therefore, parents must read and complete the Parental Code of Conduct, and players must read and sign the Player Code of conduct. Again, ALL of these forms must be completed in order to register.
