Governor Inslee has reinstated the statewide indoor mask mandate, effective Monday, August 23rd. This means we are required to always have Sno-King Ice Arena customers and staff ages 5 and older wear masks while in our facilities, regardless of vaccination status. This mandate is a result of a sharp increase in Covid cases in Washington state and applies to all indoor spaces open to the public.

The following are exceptions to the mask mandate, per the Department of Health guideline:

  • Vaccinated individuals who are actively playing in a league game or skating practice are not required to wear a mask. Both before and after an ice practice or game, in the locker rooms or anytime off the ice, a mask must be worn.
  • Masks are required for those 5 and older participating in indoor classes and camps.
  • Masks are not required while eating or drinking.

Our employees will all be wearing masks starting, August 23 and we encourage all customers 5 and older to wear them as well. Effective Monday, August 23rd it will be a requirement.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Sno-King Arena Management
