Registration Update for the 2019/2020 hockey season

By Sno-King Staff 06/17/2019, 1:45pm PDT

Hi- It is that time of year again. We are excited to announce that registration for the 2019/2020 hockey season at Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association will begin at noon on Monday, July 1st, 2019 for those that were members at SKAHA for the 2018/2019 season. This registration is for all players planning to play in the 8U age group and older. Returning Hockey 1 or Hockey 2 players will have a different registration process and can register here. Space is limited in some age groups so we encourage you to register as soon as possible!

You will need to have a USA Hockey Confirmation Number for the 2019/2020 season to be able to complete registration. Information on hockey fees will be provided during the registration process. Purchase USA Hockey numbers here

We are approximately 9 weeks from the start of Select tryouts and the start of practice for most age groups. Information about tryouts for Select teams and the start of practice for all age groups and levels of play was sent out last Friday and has also been posted to our website page and Facebook. For more information go to Tryouts

If you have any questions, please contact Andrew Birnbrich at Andrew.Birnbrich@snokinghockey.com

Thanks,

The Sno-King Staff

How To Run the Time Clock

Part 1 - Basics, Getting Started

Setting Up The Segment Timer

90 second shifts with horn. Interval time ALWAYS 0.

How to Put on Goalie Leg Pads

When tying the strings to the skate, cross through the first hole then around the toe and cross again through the hole in the skate tower near the back, then up and tie on the top of the skate laces. Regular skates do not have the lip like goalie skates so do not tie around the heel as strings will slide down. Need skates, socks, pants and helmet. Jock or jill groin protector MUST be worn. Please have your skater seated and not laying on the floor to prevent being stepped on accidentally.

Dryland Training

8U Dryland - Mondays and Tuesdays, 6:05 PM Rooms 1 and 2. Fun and tremendously beneficial for physical development.
