Sno-King has over 50 competitive teams participating in its program during the course of a season. Once players are ready to play on a competitive team they are placed in age-appropriate USA Hockey designated divisions including 8U (8 years old and younger), 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U.  These divisions are based on birth years and a player's division is based on their age as of Dec 31st.  Since there are no 16U recreation teams players in those birth years are encouraged to play up to 18U. Click on the link to each age division to learn more. 

Players in the 8U age group participate on a Recreation team while players in the 10U age group and older can either play on a Recreation team or tryout for a Select team where placement on the team is dependent on a competitive evaluation process. Click on the appropriate link below for a brief description of each age group and access to the team pages for each team.

Sno-King encourages girls to participate on our co-ed teams and, for girls in the 8U-16U age groups, they have the ability for play on a girls-only team, space permitting. For more information on opportunities within the girls programs click here.
